Job Summary

Family Intervention Specialist provides in-home, evidence-based mental health support to youth and families, assessing needs and delivering tailored sessions. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 4-6 families, conducting individual and family sessions 3 times weekly, performing ongoing youth assessments, attending weekly team and clinical meetings, and delivering crisis support as needed. Role requires travel to families’ homes and communities (up to 60-80 miles), collaboration with other providers and courts, and accurate EMR documentation. Schedule is flexible and non-traditional, with reimbursement for mileage. Education requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a social services discipline (master’s degree preferred) and licensure or licensure supervision as applicable. Required Qualifications

  • Clinical experience (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Driver’s license and automobile for work
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Strong written, verbal, and oral skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
