Job Summary
Conduct individual and family sessions three times weekly, driving 60 to 80 miles to meet clients in their homes and communities. Carry a caseload of four to six families while performing ongoing, strength-based assessments to determine youth needs. Collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts to formulate collaborative treatment plans and provide on-call crisis support. Attend three weekly meetings for professional development and complete accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system. Schedule is flexible and non-traditional, based on family availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline
- Applicants must possess a current, valid driver's license
- An automobile for work purposes
- Proof of auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a social services discipline
- Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families in a volunteer, internship, or paid position
- Clinical experience
