Job Summary

Conduct individual and family sessions three times weekly, driving up to 80 miles to meet clients in their homes. Assess youth needs from a strength-focused perspective and collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts to formulate collaborative treatment plans. Provide on-call crisis support and attend three weekly meetings for professional development. Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system. Schedule is flexible and non-traditional, based on family availability. Requires a current driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree
  • Clinical Licensed Applicant Qualifications
  • Must possess degree at time of application
  • Degree must be in a clinical field of study
  • Must have two years of full-time clinical experience (4,000 hours) with designated population
  • Must have one year of full-time clinical experience (2,000 hours) with designated population
  • Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW-A, or LCAS-A
  • Must possess a current, valid driver's license
  • Must possess an automobile for work purposes
  • Must possess proof of auto insurance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
