Job Summary
Conduct individual and family sessions three times weekly, driving up to 80 miles to meet clients in their homes. Assess youth needs from a strength-focused perspective and collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts to formulate collaborative treatment plans. Provide on-call crisis support and attend three weekly meetings for professional development. Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system. Schedule is flexible and non-traditional, based on family availability. Requires a current driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree
- Clinical Licensed Applicant Qualifications
- Must possess degree at time of application
- Degree must be in a clinical field of study
- Must have two years of full-time clinical experience (4,000 hours) with designated population
- Must have one year of full-time clinical experience (2,000 hours) with designated population
- Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW-A, or LCAS-A
- Must possess a current, valid driver's license
- Must possess an automobile for work purposes
- Must possess proof of auto insurance
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
