Job Summary
Conduct individual and family sessions three times weekly, holding meetings at the convenience of families while driving up to 80 miles to reach homes and communities. Carry a caseload of four to six families, performing ongoing strength-based assessments to determine youth needs and driving collaborative treatment plans with providers, case workers, and courts. Provide on-call crisis support and attend weekly clinical consultations and quarterly trainings to maintain skills. Complete accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system and manage multiple priorities within a flexible, non-traditional schedule based on family availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline
- Applicants must possess a current, valid driver's license
- An automobile for work purposes
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a social services discipline (preferred)
- Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families in a volunteer, internship, or paid position (preferred)
- Clinical experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic computer knowledge
