Job Summary
Board-certified Family or Internal Medicine physician sought to deliver primary and preventive care in El Paso in a team-based care environment. Responsibilities include in-person, virtual, and telephone visits; managing a member panel with emphasis on population health and outcomes; collaborating to design and implement member-centered care protocols; participating in continuous quality improvement; maintaining accurate documentation and using data-driven insights to inform clinical decisions; contributing to development and refinement of clinical workflows; engaging in professional development and evidence-based practice discussions with the team.
