Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Sun Ridge South

Board-certified Family or Internal Medicine physician sought to join Harbor Health’s Sun Ridge South in El Paso, TX, delivering primary care and preventive services in a team-based care environment. Responsibilities include high-quality in-person, virtual, and telephone visits; panel management with population-health focus; collaboration with interdisciplinary care team to design member-centered protocols; participation in continuous quality improvement; accurate clinical documentation and data-driven decision making; development and refinement of clinical workflows within a team-based model; ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice discussions. Experience with or interest in value-based care, EHRs, and data analytics is preferred.
