Job Summary
Join Summit Health as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physician in a collaborative, physician-led practice environment focused on integrated, multidisciplinary, patient-centered care. You will contribute to a team-based care model that includes APP collaboration, administrative and care management support, provider onboarding, and coordination of resources to deliver high-quality outcomes across traditional practices, patients’ homes, and virtual settings.
