Family/Internal Medicine Physician - East Austin

Board-certified Family or Internal Medicine physician needed for an East Austin practice to deliver primary and preventive care. Provide in-person, virtual, and telephone visits; manage a panel with focus on population health and member outcomes; collaborate with interdisciplinary team to design and implement member-centered care protocols; participate in continuous quality improvement to enhance outcomes and experience; maintain accurate clinical documentation and use data-driven insights to inform decisions; contribute to development and refinement of clinical workflows within a team-based care model; engage in professional development and evidence-based practice discussions with team members. Preferred experience with value-based care models, health data analytics, and electronic health records; strong communication and interpersonal skills; dedication to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
