Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for Capital District Family Medicine outpatient practice in Albany, NY. Position supports both full-time and part-time schedules with physician-led, hospital-affiliated practice. Responsibilities include patient-centered care, mentoring and supervising advanced practitioners, APP collaboration, and participation in call rotation. Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work available. Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives and quality bonuses; starting bonus up to $75,000 and retention bonus of $25,000 for full-time; resident compensation available up to $50k; CME allowance; comprehensive benefits and tail coverage. License and DEA required; NYS licensure preferred.
