Family/Guest Services Representative

Assist patients and visitors with information, resources, and directions while facilitating communication between guests, physicians, and staff. Provide outstanding guest service by determining needs and seeking resolutions, maintaining confidentiality of patient privacy and demonstrating corporate hospitality through approachable communication. Participate in process improvement initiatives and shared decision-making, offering guidance to entry-level co-workers and solving routine problems with discretion. Work the 2p-7p M-F shift at Jim Ayers Tower, applying knowledge of standards and established procedures to ensure high-quality service and safety compliance.
