Job Summary
Support Case Managers by locating and engaging potential placements for children in Out of Home Care (OHC) with kin and non-kin, conduct home studies and background screens, participate in permanency-related meetings (Permanency Roundtables, Rapid Permanency Reviews, MDTs), document efforts and outcomes, and coordinate scheduling and communications across families and staff; requires a bachelor’s degree and experience with child welfare/foster care, strong written and spoken communication, proficiency with computers and MS Office, and the ability to travel within Pasco/Pinellas and beyond as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years of responsible experience working with relative and non-relative caregivers and/or working with High Risk children and families, preferably within dependency or economic self-sufficiency programs
