Job Summary
Provide Family Finding services to youth in the Family Finding program, ensuring connection with family and significant individuals. Responsibilities include communicating with assigned workers, conducting monthly visits, sending letters, completing reports, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires knowledge of social services, strong communication and organizational skills, and a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in child welfare
- Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- Criminal History Check
- FBI Clearance
- Knowledge of social services, child welfare, and family systems services
- Strong writing and oral presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Adoption Worker or Foster Home Certification Worker is a plus
