Job Summary
Drive enrollment and sales by connecting with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments. Manage leads and follow-ups on web inquiries and tours to ensure timely communication and no missed opportunities. Support front desk sales execution, reinforce best practices, and guide families through program options while tracking performance metrics. Uphold the Aqua-Tots brand with a friendly, caring approach in all interactions. This part-time role in Mansfield, TX requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
