Family Enrollment Partner (2272)

Review customer documentation to determine eligibility for childcare intake and recertification, calculating parent share of cost in accordance with program guidelines. Provide professional customer service to families and providers while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in KinderTrack, IssueTrak, and DocuWare to ensure compliance with agency, state, and local requirements. Maintain organized customer records and facilitate enrollment for eligible childcare providers in the Capital Area. Full-time on-site attendance required during initial training, followed by a hybrid schedule. This role supports BakerRipley's mission to serve families in Travis County through comprehensive child care and inclusion services.
