Job Summary
Family Engagement Specialist at YWCA's Early Learning Center (part-time) focused on participant intake assessments, crafting individualized service plans, connecting families to community-based services, and conducting community outreach while maintaining accurate client records in line with NASW standards. Requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 5+ years of relevant experience with diverse client populations, knowledge of the Cuyahoga County homeless system, mental health and trauma, and a valid Ohio driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of mental health, addictions, poverty, and trauma
