Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, caregiver-focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to improve client outcomes through active caregiver involvement. Prioritize parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across home and community settings, increase caregiver confidence, and ensure intervention consistency outside direct therapy sessions. Collaborate with families, clinical teams, and service providers to implement practical, trauma-informed strategies aligned with treatment goals, including supporting treatment planning, caregiver readiness, and ongoing consultations. Provide services across clinic, home, and telehealth settings while maintaining adaptable scheduling to accommodate caregiver availability and travel between locations. Requires a Master's degree in ABA or related field, active BCBA certification, and minimum two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Experience providing parent/caregiver training, in person and via telehealth
- Experience with diverse family systems and cultural considerations
- Experience working with interpreter services
