Job Summary
Family Educator at Rural Utah Child Development (RUCD) focused on locating and informing families in the recruitment area about program services, encouraging admission, and supporting child and family well-being. Maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment, assist families in applying for services, and generate/verify in-kind contributions to meet matching requirements. Requires a CDA credential or equivalent credential (or coursework toward an associate’s or bachelor’s degree). Full-time, 40-hour workweek starting at $18.91/hour with benefits including insurance, 401K, and paid holidays/vacation. Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented, and service-oriented teamwork skills; ability to engage families and promote early learning and parental skills.
