Job Summary
Family Dispute Resolution Advisor (FDRA) in Rockhampton coordinates information, support, referral and case management for clients, conducts intake and risk assessments, delivers Child in Focus sessions, and supports business development and networking to promote CatholicCare programs. The role requires knowledge of Family Law Act and related frameworks, proficiency with scheduling and data entry, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational policies. The position supports clients and communities through program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and reporting within a not-for-profit social services context.
Required Qualifications
- Associate diploma with relevant experience or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant certificate with relevant experience
- Experience gained through previous appointments, service, or study at equivalent level
- Current C or CA class driver’s licence (QLD)
