Job Summary
Provide information, support, referral, intake and risk assessment; conduct Child in Focus sessions; and undertake business development and networking activities to promote CatholicCare programs. Ensure services align with the Family Law Act, Family Relationship Centre Operational Framework, and organisational policies. Maintain data entry, program reporting, and client confidentiality; build and maintain networks with community agencies; and utilize computing concepts to manage schedules. Must hold an associate diploma or relevant certificate with experience and a valid driver’s licence (C or CA class) for Queensland.
Required Qualifications
- An associate diploma with relevant experience; OR
- A relevant certificate with relevant experience; OR
- Experience gained through previous appointments, service, or study at an equivalent level; OR
- Demonstrated capability to undertake the required activities.
