Family Development Specialist

Job Summary
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care for clients and families with input from the treatment team and Clinical Supervisor. Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, including skill-building outlined in the Treatment Plan. Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and link clients to specific services and community resources as identified in the plan. Serve as a liaison with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive needs are met. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and progress notes in compliance with organizational policy and regulatory standards. Actively recruit new referrals to maintain a full caseload and provide 24/7 on-call support as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- Minimum of two years experience working with children and/or families
- Experience may include internships and volunteer work
