Job Summary
Family Development Evaluation Specialist identifies safe, secure Mentor foster home environments, engages and selects prospective Mentor foster parent candidates, conducts initial home inspections and in-home interviews, evaluates candidates for eligibility and completes Home Study/Psychosocial Narratives, facilitates background screening, maintains CRM data and reports, and coordinates community outreach to raise awareness and generate inquiries. The role supports the Mentor Recruitment team in reviewing applicants for Foster Parent certification, collaborates with program operators to meet needs of referred children and adults, maintains candidate pipelines, conducts pre-service orientation, and ensures compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field required
- Three years related experience required
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
- Massachusetts: Licensed Social Work Associate
- Travel as needed
