Job Summary
Conduct crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and individual/family counseling for youth ages 11-23 and their families in home and community-based settings. Manage comprehensive case management services including needs assessment, service planning, coordination, and progress monitoring while establishing therapeutic relationships. Assess safety and risk factors, formulate approved service plans, and provide psychoeducation on parenting and adolescent development. Coordinate referrals with community providers, complete thorough documentation using a web-based platform, and offer after-hours support on an on-call rotation. Full-time position in Alton with evening flexibility; salary $47k-$51k.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field
- at least two years' related experience working with children and families
- Valid driver's license

- Experience with high-risk youth and their families in crisis
- Counseling experience or training
