Job Summary
Family Coordinator promotes coordination and integration of family-centered care ensuring participation and involvement of the entire family. Responsible for administering screening and evaluation tools, providing substance use counseling to participants and Family Support Network. Requires Bachelor’s degree and relevant licensure, with knowledge of addiction and family systems theory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health field required.
- Current state licensure (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDC, or LMFT)
- Knowledge of addiction and family systems theory.
- Experience delivering evidence based programs in a home setting.
- One year of related experience/training in youth services, community programs, or program development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
