Family Consumer Science CTE Teacher, HS (2026-2027 School Year)

Coordinate with the Director of Career & Technical Education to develop, revise, and maintain curriculum consistent with state regulations and district philosophy. Provide instruction to students while planning individualized study programs, conducting safety training, and managing classroom discipline. Assist in developing student leadership opportunities, coordinating advisory committee activities, and maintaining records for local and state reporting. Guide students through resume preparation, job leads, and on-the-job counseling. Work within a cooperative program by visiting employment sites at least six times annually. Participate in staff development and remain current in CTE education through professional organizations and workshops.
