Job Summary
Family Consultant responsible for programmatic services across Home-Based Services, Adoption and Guardianship Support, Family Preservation, and Family-Centered Treatment. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, delivering treatment services, maintaining client documentation and preparing required reports; provide transportation for clients; participate in weekly staffing and risk management; assist in treatment planning and court appearances; coordinate educational, vocational, recreational, and other services; maintain confidentiality and adhere to evidence-based practices; require Bachelor’s degree in related field, 18+ months adoption/guardianship experience, 21+ years old, and CPR/First Aid certifications; travel within assigned region (200–500+ miles per week) and work in a role that includes driving and in-person client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field
- 18+ months experience in adoption/guardianship and/or child welfare
- 21+ years of age
- CPR and First Aid certifications
