Job Summary
Provide structured goal-oriented, time-limited services with clients guided by their referral, case plan, and treatment goals; deliver Adoption & Guardianship Support Services as needed; provide care according to evidence-based practice standards; offer 24/7 emergency/crisis consultation; meet with clients regularly; transport clients as needed to meet treatment goals; participate in weekly staffing and risk management; document all billable and non-billable contacts and prepare monthly, court, and treatment plan reports; travel within the assigned region (200–500+ miles per week) for client services; maintain confidentiality and demonstrate cultural sensitivity; comply with in-service hours and education requirements; possess CPR and First Aid certifications; required education includes a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant experience in adoption/guardianship or child welfare.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field
- 18+ months experience in adoption/guardianship and/or child welfare
- 21+ years of age
- Meet requirements of Evidence-Based Practices being used for this service
- CPR and First Aid certifications
