Family Concierge Coordinator

Job Summary
Welcome admitted patients and their families to hospital wards, connecting them with Children's Hospital Foundation programs and providing essential healthcare information. Support the wider Impact Programs team by delivering patient and family support programs while assisting in identifying families willing to share their stories for fundraising and brand awareness strategies. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate records and contributing to reporting and service evaluation activities. This role is a full-time fixed-term 12-month contract based at Queensland Children's Hospital in South Brisbane.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary or vocational qualifications in a role-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education
- Certification or accreditation in professional boundaries
- At least two years' experience delivering programs or services in a healthcare, family service or community setting, including relevant documentation and reporting
- Experience providing support, care or practical assistance to children, young people and caregivers
- Demonstrated experience working with children, young people and families who may be vulnerable or experiencing crisis
- Proven experience building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reporting and service evaluation activities
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, web-based platforms and CRM/database systems
- Australian citizenship or permanent resident
- Eligibility for a Blue Suitability Card (Working with Children check)

- Certification or accreditation in professional boundaries is highly regarded
