Job Summary
Collaborate with families, early learning providers, and community partners to understand needs and design strengths-based systems that enhance service access. Lead engaging trainings on trauma-informed care and adverse childhood experiences while using Appreciative Inquiry to develop programs increasing family participation. Build and maintain effective referral pathways, coordinate wraparound services, and foster partnerships across the Early Childhood network to ensure families receive necessary resources. This role within the Workforce Solutions team focuses on strengthening families through meaningful connection and support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years Minimum of (2) years working in public relations with students, families, and community members in underserved communities
- 1-3 years Minimum of (1) year of teaching experience in PK-12th grade or experience with adult learning
- 1-3 years Minimum of (2) years of successful coordination and implementation of a program across multiple locations/buildings/campuses
- 1-3 years Minimum of (2) years working in student mental health field as a counselor or social worker
