Family Coach- Rapid Rehousing

Family Coach at Metropolitan Family Services, Calumet office. Responsible for collaborating with families to set and achieve goals using trauma-informed practices, providing services that foster economic independence, educational achievement, stability, and quality of life, and coordinating with program staff to monitor progress and ensure timely reporting. Responsibilities include completing intakes, maintaining HMIS and case files, addressing housing-related issues, linking to support services, and delivering client-centered coaching with a strong emphasis on outcomes and accountability. Requires mobility to work with community-based caseload and ability to work with diverse populations; preferredBachelor's degree in social work or related field and bilingual Spanish. Driving for work and travel between sites are required.
