Job Summary
Motivate clients toward positive change through one-on-one life skills coaching, teaching coping skills and anger management techniques while safely transporting them. Set a positive example, collaborate with team members, and complete daily documentation accurately. Be flexible and adapt to changes as needed. Available for afternoon and evening hours, this part-time role requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred, along with experience working with at-risk youth. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to pass background check & TB screen
- Team player, organized, and a self-starter
- Willingness to transport clients
- Available for afternoon/evening hours
- Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Services field (Social Work, Psych, Counseling, etc.)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with at-risk youth/adolescents is a plus
