Family Clinic LPN

Manage patient care by following established clinic workflows, obtaining health histories, and documenting vital signs and chief complaints. Administer prescribed medications, including injections, and perform routine tests, wound treatments, and bandage changes. Execute treatments based on practice guidelines, obtain patient consent, and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with the clinical team to prioritize tasks and refer to physicians or community resources as needed. Educate patients and families on health status and management of acute or chronic conditions. Maintain proactive preparation of patient charts to ensure information is up-to-date. Requires current LPN license, BLS certification, and IV Therapy course completion.
