Job Summary
Deliver Family Centered Treatment services in home and community settings, guiding children and families through the four phases of the FCT model to support lasting change. Develop individualized Service Plans, conduct assessments, and provide therapeutic interventions aligned with treatment goals while coordinating care with medical, behavioral health, and school partners. Support families in setting goals, building skills, and accessing resources, then maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality assurance activities. This community-based role requires a flexible schedule often outside traditional business hours and includes 24/7 on-call coverage for crisis support. FCT Certification is required within one year of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Must currently hold a provisional/associate license (e.g., LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA)
- Must meet qualifications as a Qualified Professional (QP) with experience serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis
- Current FCT Certification is a plus, though not required — we'll help you get there!
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
