Job Summary
Provide Family Centered Treatment services to children, adolescents, and families primarily in their living environments, conducting interventions aligned with the FCT model and facilitating movement through treatment phases. Complete all required clinical records, FCT documents, and service plan revisions within the Electronic Health Record, while convening Treatment Teams and coordinating with medical and community providers. Deliver 24/7 on-call coverage with a flexible schedule to meet the convenience of clients, establish weekly goals, and develop discharge plans utilizing community resources. Maintain certification within one year of employment and participate in quality assurance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
- Two years' experience working with youth or families
- Current Family Centered Treatment Certification
- Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi
- Must meet qualifications as a Qualified Professional (QP) with experience serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis
- Current Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or ability to register as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling
Desired Qualifications
- LSW or eligibility for provisional licensure
- Family Centered Treatment Certification
