Family Centered Treatment Specialist

Job Summary
Provide Family Centered Treatment services to children, adolescents, and families primarily in their living environments and communities, adhering to model fidelity requirements. Deliver psychoeducation, conduct interventions across treatment phases, and assist clients in establishing weekly goals. Coordinate ongoing assessments, convene Treatment Teams, and develop discharge plans while consulting with medical and community providers. Complete all clinical records, FCT checkoffs, and internal trainings within designated deadlines, maintaining documents in the Electronic Health Record. Participate in Quality Assurance activities and provide 24/7 on-call coverage with a flexible schedule. Requires FCT certification within one year of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
- Two years' experience working with youth or families
- Current Family Centered Treatment Certification
- LSW or eligibility for provisional licensure (Ohio)

- Family Centered Treatment Certification (if not currently held, as it is preferred for completion within one year)
- LSW or eligibility for provisional licensure (if not currently held, as it is preferred for Ohio)
