Job Summary
Deliver Family Centered Treatment services to children, adolescents, and families primarily in home and community environments. Complete FCT checkoffs, internal trainings, and fidelity documents while maintaining records in the Electronic Health Record. Develop and coordinate service plans with treatment teams, establish weekly goals, and conduct interventions aligned with the four phases of treatment. Provide psychoeducation, facilitate referrals to community resources, and oversee discharge planning with aftercare needs. Convene treatment teams, consult with medical and non-medical providers, and monitor client progress. Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain 24/7 on-call coverage for a flexible work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
- Two years' experience working with youth or families
- Current Family Centered Treatment Certification
- Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi
- Must meet qualifications as a Qualified Professional (QP) with experience serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis
- Current Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or ability to register as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling
Desired Qualifications
- LSW or eligibility for provisional licensure
- Family Centered Treatment Certification
