Job Summary
Deliver Family Centered Treatment services to children, adolescents, and families primarily in their living environments, utilizing the FCT model with fidelity. Conduct ongoing assessments, convene Treatment Teams, and coordinate interdisciplinary referrals to medical and community providers. Develop, revise, and implement Service Plans while providing psychoeducation and facilitating family goal establishment. Complete all required clinical records, FCT checkoffs, and internal trainings within designated deadlines. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage and manage discharge planning with aftercare resource linkage. Maintain employment by completing FCT certification within one year of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
- Two years' experience working with youth or families
- Current Family Centered Treatment Certification
- Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi
- Must meet qualifications as a Qualified Professional (QP) with experience serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis
- Current Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or ability to register as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling
Desired Qualifications
- LSW or eligibility for provisional licensure
