Job Summary
Provide intensive, home-based Family Centered Treatment to families in crisis; develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the family unit. Foster positive family dynamics, enhance parenting skills, and improve overall family functioning. Requires strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, motivational interviewing, problem solving, time management, and accurate documentation. Fields include social work, education, human services, psychology, sociology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of experience working with children and families
