Job Summary
Provide intensive, home-based Family Centered Treatment to families in crisis; develop and implement treatment plans addressing the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the family unit; foster positive family dynamics, enhance parenting skills, and improve overall family functioning. Requires strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, motivational interviewing, problem-solving, time management, and accurate timely documentation. Background in social work, education, human services, psychology, or sociology preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of experience working with children and families
