Job Summary
Supervise up to nine Family Centered Treatment Therapists by providing weekly clinical supervision, coaching, and training to ensure fidelity to the evidence-based model. Oversee all program components, including direct supervision of associate-level therapists, management of intern and volunteer guidelines, and monitoring of contractual benchmarks through data collection and record reviews. Coordinate administrative meetings to disseminate program information, assess compliance with billable hours and clinical assessments, and build community awareness by sustaining contacts with provider agencies and social services. Manage therapist documentation, authorizations, and adherence to Medicaid and Local Management Entity guidelines while maintaining personal Level 2 certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program with a Master's degree in a human services or related field
- Two years of progressive substance abuse and/or mental health counseling experience
- Possession of North Carolina licensure as one of the following: LPA, LCMHC, LCSW, or equivalent
- One or more years supervision experience in mental health services or social services organization
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to physically perform the basic life operational functions of stooping, reaching, and walking, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions
- Ability to perform sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly or frequently to move objects
- Must possess the visual acuity to perform extensive reading
- Must be able to work in community settings
