Job Summary
Independent Contractors will provide Therapeutic Services for children, youth, and adults involved with the Department of Child Services or Juvenile Probation. Responsibilities include delivering Home Based Therapy, scheduling client meetings, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting services. Additional duties involve attending court hearings, Child and Family Team Meetings, and collaborating with DCS. The position requires strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and various therapeutic skills. Candidates must have a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Human Services and be licensed by the Indiana Behavioral Health & Human Services Licensing Board.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Human Services field such as Psychology or Social Work
- Licensed (or temporary license) issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health & Human Services Licensing Board in LSW, LCSW, LMFTA/LMFT, LMHCA/LMHC
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use own reliable vehicle
- Full coverage Automobile insurance
- Professional Liability (malpractice) and Cyber Security Insurance
- Pass all background checks
