Family-Centered Service Specialist

Provide in-home intervention to children and families using a skill-based, solution-focused model to teach behavioral techniques and access community resources. Deliver safe, effective services by adhering to safety policies, managing high-risk activities, and reporting suspicious behaviors or policy violations. Conduct screenings, assessments, and regular reviews of service plans to monitor progress toward predetermined goals. Maintain working relationships with medical professionals, school officials, and community agencies while providing training on functional skills and difficult behavior management. Transport youth to destinations and offer 24/7 crisis intervention as needed. Complete administrative functions, including preparing reports, budget requests, and documentation for program compliance.
