Job Summary
Family Centered Clinician providing home-based, empirically based therapy to youth and families, including diagnostic evaluations, development of treatment plans, and collaboration with referral agencies. Responsibilities include delivering activity- and participation-based interventions, making referrals, maintaining confidential documentation, participating in team meetings, supporting professional development, creating aftercare plans, and building positive relationships with community partners to guide families through services. Requires licensure in LPC, MFT, or LSW, and at least two years of related field experience with strong communication, empathy, and ability to establish trust. Required Qualifications
- LPC, MFT or LSW required
- Two years related field experience
- Specialized training required and provided

- A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
