Job Summary
To act as a liaison between district/school sites and families, promoting and supporting family engagement in schools and students’ education; collect and analyze data on family needs to connect them with school services; collaborate with administrators to plan and deliver workshops, trainings, meetings, and college trips for all families, including underrepresented groups; develop trainings for families and staff to improve engagement; provide access to school/community resources; coordinate services to ensure impact; visit families' homes to disseminate information and invite participation; communicate with district personnel and families; support planning of family engagement events and participate in district meetings; adapt work hours to meet school-community needs.
