Family Center Attendant

Greet members and guests in person or by phone, answer incoming calls, and transfer calls to proper extensions. Take reservations for the gaming area and golf simulators, while ensuring all visitors sign in to track attendance and fees. Engage with families in the center area, host activities and parties, and set up or break down event spaces. Perform lights housekeeping duties including dusting and vacuuming, and handle general office tasks like word processing and filing. Report unauthorized visitors and complete special projects as assigned. Requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds and sit for prolonged periods.
