Job Summary
Conduct case management, advocacy, needs assessment, action planning, and evaluation for residents and their children. Accompany clients to appointments, coordinate group meetings, and provide ongoing support and counseling. Identify new resources, develop informational materials, and network with community partners on Women's Health, Housing, and Domestic Violence. Register children in schools, perform intake interviews and psychosocial assessments, deliver training, and conduct exit interviews. Maintain a supportive community environment while working independently and collaboratively with a diverse population.
Required Qualifications
- BSW
- some direct service or advocacy experience
- effective with a diverse population
- team player
- proficient in communication
- strong computer skills, including MS Office
- ability to work independently
