Family Birth Center Surgical Technician

Prepare the operating room and surgical team by setting up sterile equipment, instruments, drapes, and solutions. Assist the surgeon and assistants with gowning and gloving, while positioning and draping the patient under the direction of a qualified practitioner. Ensure patient comfort and safety measures, and transfer patients to the operating room table. Collaborate effectively within the OR team to maintain a sterile environment and assist anesthesia personnel as needed. This role requires adaptability and a strong team-player mindset to contribute directly to the patient's healing process.
