Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of at-risk youth ages 12–17 and their families in homes, schools, and communities. Actively engage primary caregivers to drive positive behavioral change using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems approaches. Develop and implement goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each family's unique needs while maintaining detailed documentation for MST compliance. Manage a caseload of 4–6 families with a flexible schedule to accommodate family requirements. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and consultation to refine clinical skills. Requires a Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field, with KY licensure eligibility or certification within 60 days of hire. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area
- Eligibility for professional licensure or certification in KY (CSW, LPCA, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, LPATA, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc. in the state of KY
- Previous employment providing in-home or community-based therapy services
