Job Summary
In-home Family Behavioral Health Therapist in MST program delivering evidence-based services to at-risk youth (12–17) and their families in homes, schools, and communities. Manage a caseload of 4-6 families with a flexible schedule; conduct comprehensive assessments; engage primary caregivers and key participants; develop and implement goal-driven treatment plans; maintain detailed documentation; participate in ongoing training and supervision; requires Master’s degree and licensure eligibility in KY; in-home/community-based therapy with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems; valid driver's license and transportation; opportunities for licensure and professional development; sign-on bonus of $1,000.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Eligibility for professional licensure or certification in KY (CSW, LPCA, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, LPATA, LPA, etc.)
- Independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc. in KY preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in in-home or community-based therapy preferred
