Job Summary
Family Based Mental Health Therapist works in a co-therapy team to provide intense, time-limited therapy to children and their families. The role involves holding individual, family, parent, and sibling therapy sessions, as well as providing case management for children at risk of placement or in need of intense treatment. Position requires working 2-3 evenings per week and providing crisis intervention as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree and experience in therapy, children services, or in a mental health setting.
- Master’s Degree in counseling, therapy, psychology, social work, sociology, or related field of study.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
