Family Based Therapist

Job Summary
The Family Based Therapist provides family and individual therapy, service coordination, safety planning, crisis intervention, and advocacy to youth and families involved with mental health and child welfare systems. Responsibilities include documentation in Electronic Health Records and participation in a Statewide Family Based Training Program. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, and various clearances. Supportive supervision for licensure is provided and a flexible non-traditional work schedule is needed to accommodate service requirements. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's or better in Human Services or related field
- 1-2 years experience working with children and/or families
- Clearances: State Police, FBI clearance, child abuse clearance, CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance

- Masters or better in Human Services or related field
